Meet the Attorney
Anthony J. Horky, Esq.
Anthony Horky has been a resident of south Florida for over 38 years after receiving an honorable discharge from the U.S. Army. He earned his undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, and his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in Davie, Florida. In 2021 he earned an advanced degree in Tax Law. Anthony has practiced as an attorney for the U.S. government and in private practice since 1999. His practice background is primarily in commercial litigation and business/commercial transactions.
In addition to practicing law, Attorney Horky is an instructor at Florida Atlantic University (“FAU”) where he teaches upper-level undergraduate and graduate courses in business law, business & applied ethics, legal risk management, and federal tax. On his free time, he is an outdoor enthusiast who has hiked, backpacked, and overlanded in more than a dozen states from North Carolina to Pennsylvania to Colorado to Washington state.

In addition to practicing law, Attorney Horky currently serves as an adjunct instructor at Florida Atlantic University. Since 2014, he has taught upper-level undergraduate and graduate courses in business law, business & applied ethics, legal risk management, and federal tax.
He previously taught business law and paralegal courses at Palm Beach State College. This academic perspective gives his clients a uniquely thorough and well-reasoned approach to legal strategy.
